Hotel, salah satu fasilitas wisata

Inilah Kota Oostende, kota pantai dan wisata, terbaik di dunia... Karena ini kota wisata, saya tertarik untuk membahas fasilitas wisata di sini, yaitu Hotel. Kompetisi hotel sangat ketat, apalagi saya pernah kerja di hotel, jadi tau bagaimana persaingannya, mulai dari harga per malam, paket yang ditawarkan setiap ada moment hari-hari besar di Eropa, juga akomodasi serta interroir kamar yang beragam.

Walaupun persaingan ketat, pendirian hotel maupun motelnya tidak menjamur seperti di Kota Bandung, dari ujung Lembang sampai ujung selatan Soreang bertebaran hotel, guesthouse, motel, losmen bahkan villa-villa yang disewakan bertebaran tanpa ada kontrolnya, sehingga persaingan menjadi tidak sehat karena syarat mendirikan usaha penginapan tidak seketat di sini.

Here, I will review about UNIZO, this office special for small business whom just running or already running but they dont know how to organization the business. Unizo give offer like:

1. Evening Advise Time
2. The owner following Evening Course every month
3. Help to organization the business
4. Give book with all information they will need

For course professional (for we are foreigner who don’t have diploma for do business in Belgium), better follow from VDAB only for 6 month and for free. When we have little business we must register to KMO/UNIZO this cost € 175 for 2 year. For bookkeeping € 250 per 3 month.

For people who doesn’t have money for starting business they can asking help to Participatie Ponds. Particpatie Ponds give loan minimum to :

1. People without Work (no income) €12.500,- - € 30.000,-
2. Working People (have income) € 250.000

UNIZO will help for bookkeeping and planning for pay the loan
